I ordered this clock for my fiance's birthday. The clock face itself was beautiful, but on my first order, the actual plastic clock pieces were not glue tightly into the space and therefore the hands would not turn and it would not sit on the wall. I returned that clock and received a replacement. On the replacement, the clock mechanism was glued tightly, but at an incorrect angle so that when the clock hung on the wall, it hung at an odd angle. Because the clock is glass, I was unable to remedy this problem by removing and re-gluing the clock mechanism, and had to return the second order as well. I was very disappointed to have to return my fiance's birthday present and then find another one to replace it.

Brought 3 separate models of the clock. ALL 3 had to be returned. The back piece that holds the clock to the wall was loose or broken on all 3. Company that makes would NOT respond to e-mails.Buyer beware!

The clock I received was not the clock in the picture. I just got it in the mail today and I don't know if it's worth returning it, because I would probably get the same clock I have now, which was not the one pictured!

Ok I don't write reviews unless something is really good or it really sucks. Well this is the latter. The clock mechanism didn't last ten minutes from the time I removed it from the package. Just placing the battery in the thing was too much force, which caused the thin piece of plastic holding it to the glass to break. I do like the glass portion but its not worth the [...] bucks. If you are good at the game "operation" then maybe give it a try but if you are lenny from "of mice and men" you may want to buy something else.

This is the worst item I've EVER purchased. I bought one of these clocks as a Christmas gift and when I got it the hour and minute hands were loose, the second hand just ticked back and forth and never made a full rotation, and the back of the clock (where the battery is) was loose. I thought that maybe you had to tighten the hands of the clock, but that's not the case. I returned the clock and bought a second one from a different company, hoping it would work, but when I got that one it had the same exact problems. I've learned my lesson and WILL NOT buy a third one because I'm sure I would just get the same piece of crap that I've gotten two times before. Do NOT buy this item!
