It's not as soft as I would have liked and it's very thin... you can see through it. The photo definitely makes it look better quality than it is. I am hoping after washing it a few times it will get softer, but it's still cute.

Update December 2011 - I have washed it a few times and it is definitely getting softer. I bumped it up a star... my recommendation is to wash it at least 3 times prior to giving it to baby :)
